Everything in the universe is vibrating. When we collectively rest and restore, awash in the vibrations of healing frequencies, we are sending a gentle, comforting message to our nervous systems that we are safe, allowing our bodies much needed space to heal. No tigers, no notifications, no decisions.

Nothing doing, just being.
It’s simply us, cozy in our own blankety nests, soaking up a mosaic of sound: the lullaby of chimes, the primal beat of percussion, ethereal sound bowls, gongs that take you to another plane, and if we're lucky, the mating call of some sultry nocturnal country creature in the distance. We silence all of our other senses and soften our bodies into a state of receptive reverberation, where we literally vibrate -organs, bones, muscles, eyelashes- with these sounds. Our brain waves pick up on the party and drop us into a deep restorative state of relaxation, repair and renewal.
