Service Description

Combining breathwork with sound restoration is another beautiful medium of healing. With the added benefit of altering the oxygenation of our biochemistry, these sessions are initiated with strong activation of the nervous system brought on by guided and intense breathing. This powerful, somatic work aids in releasing trauma or any other stuck energy, Following this purge of energetic spiderwebs and oftentimes a flurry of emotions, the body is then invited to reset and restore, finding homeostasis again. With the added balm of healing sound vibrations, a session like this can feel to the nervous system, a bit like a marathon + spa might feel to the body. If you haven't experienced this, you will be blown away. These experiences are co-lead with Bev leading the vibes alongside a certified breathwork teacher. CONTRAINDICATIONS: This breathwork and sound experience is offered through a nervous-system-aware, choice-based lens. There is no goal to push, release, or “go somewhere.” Regulation, safety, and self-trust come first. Active breathwork may not be supportive for those who are pregnant or have a history of seizures, significant heart or blood pressure conditions, severe respiratory issues, glaucoma, recent surgery, or serious mental health concerns. Participants are encouraged to slow down, pause, return to natural breathing, or simply receive the sound bath at any time. Listening to your nervous system is part of the practice.
