🍏 Bring: Yoga mat, thin pillow, water bottle anything else you want to be cozy. It can be chilly there, so layers are always good. DO bring snacks or lunch if you plan to stay and hang.

🌿 Move, breathe and melt into bliss with Power Restore Yoga + Nidra Sound Bath, a soulful, restorative journey guided by Nicole and Beverly Jane. 🌸 Afterward, IF you like, linger and lunch. BYOBites, and cozy up with old and new friends over tea and smiles on a rainy day at The Barn.

📅 When: Saturday March 15: Movement + Meditation from 9:30-11:30. Arrive as early as 9am. Barn closes at 1pm, when Nicole and Bev turn back into pumpkins.
